Postings removed from You Tube

It has come to my attention that some of the postings of recorded vintage music have been taken down by You Tube and are no longer available there for viewing, at least in the USA. A few of of them are on this Blog and may no longer be viewed here. I have learned from various sources that Warner Music has been the main cause of this. They have used a software program that many have found fault with to identify material they maintain is "protected" and claim it may not be shown on You Tube because of this. There is some dispute regarding the "public domain" application applied to vintage musical material on sites such as You Tube. I understand that a law suit regarding this issue is now being prepared on behalf of private owners of vintage recorded music. Hopefully, it will clearly define "public domain" status as it applies to this kind of use by private owners of recorded music in the Internet era. It seems to me that there should be an injunction obtained against the arbitrary censorship methods exercised by entities such as Warner while this case is in litigation.
